Peninsular national shipping costs
The shipping costs for products purchased within the peninsular national territory are 5,50 € For purchases under € 100.00, in the event that your purchase exceeds € 100.00, shipping will be free.
(€ 150.00 in the case of the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands and Rest of Europe)

Envío a Canarias: 12,90 €
Shipping costs to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla
If you live in any of these sites and want to receive one of our products, you have to know that the costs of duties and taxes are assumed at destination. So contact us through our mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) so that we can inform you of what you should do.
European Community / Non-Community Shipping
Shipping costs will be indicated at the time of ordering.
KeKai is not responsible for any foreign obligation that may be incurred when sending items outside of Spain, the person who receives the product will be responsible for the taxes and duties collected by foreign governments and agencies.
As a general rule, processed orders are shipped within 48 hours of payment confirmation. Orders placed after 00:00 on Thursday do not leave until the following Monday, as long as it is not a holiday.
When you have finished placing your order, you will receive an email with the details of the order, this is not a confirmation of your order, we simply inform you that we have received it.
Acceptance of your order will occur when you receive an email informing you that the requested products have been shipped. And this is where our contractual relationship also ends.
We try to deliver our products within 48/72 hours after they leave our warehouses. These delivery times serve only as a guide and are estimates. Each of our shipments has two delivery attempts at the address provided by the client, in case it cannot be delivered on the first attempt, the transport agency will contact you to arrange another delivery. If this is not met again, the costs of a third delivery attempt will be borne by the recipient and at the standard shipping price. The form of payment of these additional shipping costs will be cash on delivery to receive your products.
If the delivery is delayed by any event beyond our control, we will contact you to notify you of the incident and try to resolve it.
DELIVERY SPECIAL CAMPAIGNS AND HOLIDAYS
The deadlines set above are not valid for special campaigns. In case you make your purchase within one of our promotional campaigns, you must read the delivery conditions that appear on the banner.
