We try to deliver our products within 48/72 hours after they leave our warehouses. These delivery times serve only as a guide and are estimates. Each of our shipments has two delivery attempts at the address provided by the client, in case it cannot be delivered on the first attempt, the transport agency will contact you to arrange another delivery. If this is not met again, the costs of a third delivery attempt will be borne by the recipient and at the standard shipping price. Returning an item in KeKai is very simple. If when you receive your product you want to return it, you have 14 days from receipt to do so. You will be refunded the product money in the same way that you made the payment
Before returning your products there is something you should know, as they are swimwear, only those garments that are in perfect condition, properly labeled and packaged with the original packaging, can be returned, provided that the hygienic sticker has no signs of having been removed and have all KeKai labels attached as these items are considered part of the product.
Put the garment to return in a larger envelope or reuse the original packaging so that it is not damaged during shipping. Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted and will be returned to you by cash on delivery.
You can request the return of your garment by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating in the subject RETURN.
The return costs are borne by the customer. The cost of the same will be communicated to you via email and will be deducted from the amount of the return of the garment.
Once we have received your package, you must wait between 2 and 3 business days for your return to be processed in our warehouse, and then between 5 and 10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
